《HEALT AND FITNEES》

 Hello everyone , Iam here to present a speech on health and fitness 

Since our childhood ,we have been taught "HEALT and WEALTH”. Everyone needs to maintain health and fitness  .Being healthy , bhot physically and mentally is very important.Healthy and fit people can enjoy  their life with great joy and peace . An unhealthy person cannot enjoy life to the fullest . Fitness does not only being physically fit, but also mean a healthy mental state of the person .The simplest way to stay healthy and fit is to have a strees free life with regular exercise and a balance diet.

Eating fresh vegetables, fruits consume fruit juci and boiled food will help to gain physical fitness
